In order to plan and manage the future of a territory in the current situation, characterised by a strong internationalisation, it\'s necessary to consider the structural features and resources of the territory, together with the regional, national and international context, and to propose original and innovative ideas.
For this purpose, MCQ Group\'s consultants are able to make an analysis of the territory and the context, in two ways:
  • external\' analysis: it analyses the situation, the modifications and trends in the general, international, national and regional scenario; the situation of other communities with similar problems, and all the elements of the context where one operates which are not manageable, but affecting the territory perspective.
  • internal\' analysis: it identifies the position of the territory in the regional, national and international context, and its strong and weak points in the local economic system. This analysis requires objectivity and ability to identify the real development potential. The internal analysis aims at understanding and giving value to the territory identity, to its peculiar features, actual abilities and potential markets.
Both these types of analysis are the basis to develop primary objectives that are realistic and measurable.
After defining the structural scenario and the main strong and weak points, our territorial marketing strategy identifies some specific market areas and a target of “Clients” to reach. Then it identifies the specific actions and methods to reach the objectives. The strategies are defined in detail and considering the available resources, just after the priorities have been established.
The final phase is the one concerning the explanation of a detailed plan, presenting the analysis carried out (external and internal), the identified objectives and the strategies to use.
