With the EU Regulation n.178 of 01.28.2002, the European Union made food traceability mandatory from January 1, 2005. Moreover, our consultants work also on the base of the following EU Regulation n. 197/2002.
The Consulting for Traceability Certification tracks the manufacturing path followed by a given commodity, tracing it step by step: from the elements of which the commodity is made of, to the several manufacturing phases, until it reaches a given outlet. These management systems are carried out basing on ISO 10939, ISO 11020 and ISO 22000 regulations.
The Consulting for Product Certification , useful to certify that the products comply with the sector standards, directives and regulations and to emphasize their quality, is carried out by sector experts. In this case, our consultants identify the features of the product that the Client Firm intends to promote and then define, in cooperation with the Certifying Authorities, a Production Standard on which basis it will be possible to ensure standard features and, consequently, a Certification.
Finally, also the Consulting for Good Agriculture Practices is offered by experts who, always with the help of some Certifying Authorities, work on the basis of EUREP GAP, BRC and IFS regulations. This instrument is the most widespread among the food farming companies to qualify their suppliers, reducing the total costs of the process and increasing the security levels.

Moreover, our technicians are professionally qualified on Production Standards useful for obtaining EU trade marks, such as DOP, DOC, IGT, IGP, STG, and specific Standards for the EU Biological Trade Marks, etc.
For each of these consulting activities a detailed Work Plan is set up and presented at the beginning of the cooperation with the Client Firm. Moreover, the support of some Certification Authorities is used in order to an give adequate consulting service and real benefits to the Client Firms.
