Systems and methods for Monitoring Customer Satisfaction are used also in sectors different from the specific training one.
The aim of this service is to propose to Client Firms a customised project allowing to:
- Increase the customers\' satisfaction;
- Exploit the potential of most important customers;
- Create a company vision useful to prevent episodes of dissatisfaction, claims or loss of customers;
- Reduce the costs and times of customer satisfaction;
